HnJ-7000
Diagnosis and therapy in one system for inpatient use. The HnJ-7000 objectively measures pelvic floor muscle strength in kilogram-force (kgf), displays muscle activity in real time and documents treatment progress, designed for high patient volumes.
- Diagnosis & therapy
- No probe, fully clothed
- CE · Made in Germany

Features
Built for everyday clinical use.
Clothed application
Patients sit on the therapy chair fully clothed. Nothing is inserted, no disposable probes.
Active biofeedback
The patient’s own muscle strength is measured and shown as a value and progress curve on screen.
Comfort in longer sessions
Upholstered therapy chair with armrests and backrest for a relaxed, upright sitting position.
Diagnosis & therapy
How the HnJ-7000 works.
The HnJ-7000 records pelvic floor muscle strength as a numeric value. This allows muscle strength to be assessed objectively and treatment progress to be compared across sessions.
01
Position & calibrate
The patient sits upright and fully clothed on the device. An actuator slowly moves upward and the system adjusts to the individual patient.
02
Measure force
The system measures the force generated by the pelvic floor muscles and displays it in kilogram-force (kgf).
03
Real-time biofeedback
Muscle activity appears as a curve on screen: it rises during contraction and falls during relaxation. The patient sees immediately whether the exercise is performed correctly.
04
Report & progress
After each session the system generates a report. Results are stored per patient and can be compared and printed.
Programmes & equipment
For incontinence and constipation.
Incontinence programme
Focus on contracting, holding and strengthening the pelvic floor muscles, as when stopping the flow of urine.
Constipation & coordination programme
Focus on relaxation and coordination: the patient practises controlled pushing downward, as during a bowel movement.
Abdominal pressure belt
A belt detects abdominal muscle activity and pressure, helping the patient activate the pelvic floor without excessive abdominal pressure.
Hygienic & safe
As no vaginal or anal probes are inserted, there is no contact with mucous membranes. This can significantly reduce the risk of cross-contamination and infection, and no separate sterile treatment room is required.
Measurements & reports
Objective data for every session.
During treatment the software records several meaningful parameters and makes the course of therapy transparent for physicians and therapists.
Max. Strength
Maximum strength
The highest force generated by the pelvic floor muscles during the session, measured in kgf.
Avg. Strength
Average strength
The mean force across all contractions of the session.
Abdominal Pressure
Abdominal pressure
Abdominal muscle activity, recorded via the abdominal pressure belt.
Duration
Endurance
How long the muscles are kept contracted, as a measure of pelvic floor muscle endurance.
Reports and progress monitoring
Printable session report
For every treatment session the system automatically generates a report and converts it into a printable file.
Progress chart with no time limit
Each patient’s course of therapy is shown as a rising or falling chart and can be followed over an unlimited period.
Progress in percent
For every session the system calculates the percentage progress compared with the previous session.
