Is anything inserted during use?
No. All SmartMann systems work fully externally. Patients sit on the device fully clothed.
How does the training work?
The patient deliberately contracts the pelvic floor muscles. The system measures the muscle work and displays it as a value and curve on screen or in the app. This biofeedback helps patients perceive and train the muscles consciously.
Which therapy principle does the HnJ-350K use?
The HnJ-350K is an active biofeedback system: patients train against the device themselves, and the system makes the muscle work visible.
Who are the systems suitable for?
For women, men and children, with no age restriction. For contraindications, please refer to the instructions for use of each device.
Which system suits my facility?
The HnJ-7000 is designed for hospitals with high patient volumes, the HnJ-1000 for practices and clinics. The HnJ-350K is intended for use at home. We are happy to advise you personally.
How is the HnJ-350K operated?
Via the “DresKegel” app on smartphone, tablet or PC, connected over Wi-Fi. No additional hardware is needed.
Are the devices certified?
Yes. SmartMann is certified to ISO 13485, and the HnJ-7000, HnJ-1000 and HnJ-350K are CE marked.
Can I test a device first?
Yes. We offer demonstrations at your facility or at trade fairs. Just get in touch.
What warranty and service do you offer?
We provide a 1-year manufacturer’s guarantee from the invoice date, provided the device is used according to the instructions for use. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. We ensure service and spare parts supply for 10 years.
